WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS for STAR TREK: INTO DARKNESS!

Let me just say first how deeply grateful that Benedict Cumberbatch - of all the possibles actors who could’ve played this role - just so happened to get a call from his agent to play John Harrison/Khan. Without this occurrence, we would never have been able to see a darker side to Benedict’s already refined acting.
The first half of the movie, where Kirk and Bones are running through a red forest being chased by the natives just made me smile. It reminds me of the first movie and how - in spite of everything - nothing in their personalities/characters have changed. If anything, they mature more in this movie in the later scenes to follow.
The scene with Spock - as seen in the IMAX preview - is amazing! I understood how Spock was trying to abide by the rules so badly while everyone else is trying to save his bloody life, lol. He’s so stubborn and truthful.
John Harrison’s first appearance is menacing, even just by his voice. I can’t wait to hear Benedict’s voice performance for Smaug in The Hobbit: Part 2 as I’ve already heard him play the Angel Islington in the Neverwhere (BBC) Radio Play and he IS AMAZING.
I flailed when I saw Mickey (dunno the actor’s name but I remember him from Doctor Who) put the ring bomb into the water cause… NO. What are you doing?! ;_; You can’t go killing yourself after saving your daughter’s life!!!
When Kirk finds out that Spock wrote a report concerning the events with the volcano, I facepalmed, lol. Spock!!

First time John Harrison and Kirk meet… I was instantly shipping them. (Like love at first sight.)
BUT NO CHRIS PIKE DON’T DIE. ;_; *le cries*
Spock and Kirk getting back together again. The temporary divorce in partnership (ahem) hurt. And then they’re fighting like a married couple. Stop you two! <3
LOL and Bones… subtling cockblocking them with his medical toys. Kinky, yes, but let them squabble!
AND THEN THE ULTIMATE COCKBLOCKER ARRIVES…
Carol Marcus.
Clearly Spock is jealous. The look he gives Carol is absolutely HILARIOUS.
SCOTTIE!!! <3 I loveeeeee him so much!! I missed him in the movie when he wasn’t on the Enterprise after he quit! ;w; He’s so adorable~!
And then Chekhov gets the mantle! I’ve missed him too, the little sweetheart! Aye Aye Capzain! <333
Uhura’s language voice reminds me of AVATAR’s Neytiri voice! (Another many things I miss).
Oh mannnn… when John Harrison comes into the scene and just BLOWS SHIT UP. HNNNG. My body is ready, I will gladly bear your children and make armies for you. <3
The good guys never seem to realize that putting the bad guy behind the glass/plastic cage tends not to work for the better… considering how they can probably get out or manipulate you enough to make you want to let them go. o_O Or in this case, Benedict’s super duper grumpy face has a massive effect as well. (Like the look of a mini pug, d’awww!) I would be very tempted to open the cage and get inside if I were Kirk cause…. of legitimate fangirl reasons.
THE TEARS JOHN SHEDS FOR HIS CREW. I CANNOT. MY HEART. IT BURRRRRRRRNS.
It’s ironic that Benedict decides to play a character who is a fiction, much like Richard Brook (a fictitious identity that Moriarty created in Sherlock, Season 2).
Bones and Carol Marcus teaming up to open that torpedo, ehehe. That was such a cute scene, lol. Carol’s all very professional and Bones is trying to get the girl until his hand gets caught in the torpedo.

Holy fuck… WARPING DOESN’T MEAN YOU CAN ESCAPE YOUR ENEMY. That is such a neat twist to the tale.
ALL THAT CREW FLYING OUT THE ENTERPRISE. Obviously only one person can save them now… IRON MAN!!! (Sorry… couldn’t resist.)
The unspoken sexual tension between Khan vs EVERYONE is just amazing. Like seriously, it’s like there’s something magnetic and truly awesome going on whenever Khan meets anyone.
I can just imagine this huge orgy between anyone who comes in contact with Khan… o_O;
MY FAVORITE LENS FLARE EFFECT NEVER CEASES TO MAKE ME SQUEAL WITH DELIGHT. I love bright and shiny things/scenes! <3 *flails*
YAY ROLLERCOASTER YOUR WAY THROUGH DEADLY DEBRIS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BREAK YOUR OWN BARRIER BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH!! HORRAY!
I love how John Harrison bleeps out for a moment and then later he’s all, “I see you, Kirk” lol. I’m sorry, it feels so intentional yet it probably wasn’t. Like Khan probably faceplanted into one of those debris thingies but he has to look absolutely handsome so he bleeps out and then goes back to rollercoasting through space after he gets his wits back. (He’s thinking, “Well, thank GOD no one was watching.”)
Oh god when Khan starts to fight those men and beats them up like they’re made of balloons… Gosh, every move he makes is just made of pure SEX.
And then he kills the Dick of the Day. Well done!
This is what happens when Sherlock stays away from John too long. Obviously he goes way too unstable, starts calling himself Khan and fighting supposedly bad people to get his real crew back so they can share some quality family time after sleeping for centuries.
I absolutely adore how expressive Benedict’s face is. One minute he’s menacing, the next he’s deadly and charming at the same time. The way his lips curl into something in between a smile and a snarl is just enticing to watch on screen.
THE LOOK ON HIS FACE WHEN HE SEES HIS CREW SAFE AND SOUND ON HIS COMMANDEERED SHIP. I cannot with all my feels. Khan looks so happy.
“No ship should go down without her captain.”
And then Spock’s plan is revealed. THE TORPEDOES EXPLODE.
I srsly couldn’t bear to watch as Khan’s face turned from triumph/happy to effin’ DESPAIR. I mean, for a minute I was raging MAD at Spock. How could he do that? WAS HE SO UNFEELING that he could kill Khan’s whole race just to get back at him? WHY. WHY!!! Khan’s evil but he did for a perfectly good reason, in spite of all the horrible things he’s done. Khan’s scream made me teary eyed… srsly.
And then Bones tell us all that Khan’s people are alive and well… y’know, as well as can be in a frozen cryosleep.
Scottie and Bones are seriously the most logically thinking characters on that ship. I love them and their ‘Oh, NOT AGAIN’ yapping so much! <3
Star Trek: TITANIC STYLE.
Lol I love how Kirk knocks out poor Scottie with just one punch.
The insides of the Enterprise with the electric thing reminds me of Doctor Who. J.J.Abrams seriously needs to get together with Steven Moffat and create at least one episode cause I bet that episode would be fucking MIND-BLOWING.
Kirk kicking the hell out of that thing… EMOTIONS.
NO. Kirk dies instead of Spock?! (Like everyone thought since apparently the old Star Trek showed Spock dying.) I can’t. NO.
Then Spock’s LION ROAR. One minute I’m crying… then next I can’t stop chuckling. Someone srsly needed to slap me at that moment. All I could hear was… ‘Simba’ from that last scene in Lion King with the rain and Simba roaring in to rainy sky.
“Well, there goes Tony’s home.” was the first thing that came to my head when Khan’s ship falls on the building on the hill that looked - for a second - like Tony’s house in IM3.
Spock going after Khan…. *cue CATCH ME IF YOU CAN theme*
Khan conveniently grabs a super, sexy coat to hide his sexiness - which unfortunately doesn’t work at all, just makes him even more attractive and Sherlock-ish. And then runs like a super athlete. *fans self* If the Olympics consisted of Khan doing every sport there is, I would watch all of it. (Just imagine Khan in a swimsuit and then the bars hiding that sexy area so it looks like all the fangirls are watching a porn based on the Olympics. I’m sorry, I’m starting to get off topic aren’t I? Ehehehee!)
Bones is all… “Shit. After everything I’ve done to keep him alive….” The look on his face is just heartbreaking though.
Then the fluffy thing - that was dead before - starts moving and Bones is even more teary-eyed now because he has HOPE. My heart feels like it’s been trampled on too many times.
I still can’t get over Khan’s SUPER HIGH JUMP. He’s like Super Mario or something. And then Spock does the same thing (Must be the new Luigi!). This time from a ridiculous starting point. How on EARTH did he learn to do that? lol. (Not that I mind cause if he fell then the movie would be boring. Although Khan would’ve obviously survived so that would’ve been at least great I guess.)

PLOT: Tony’s not quite like all the others. I come from the only known solar system with two twin planets each with it’s own and opposite gravity. On our world, it’s impossible to fall up, and rise down.

Or better yet, a Upside Down AU of Frostiron where Tony is living Down Below and Loki lives Up Above.

Loki is brought up in a world where poverty rarely exists while Tony is born into a life where he’s lost his parents at a young age. By per chance, the young boys meet while they visited a certain secluded spot on a mountain that connected very closely to the other side. They soon connect and fall for each other, in spite of their differences. But the authorities soon find out about it and they are forcefully separated from one another.
